Can I hide tax / VAT on our proposals?

Yes, this is possible and we find some customer prefer to include tax on proposals and others don't.

If you mainly deal with consumers, you may prefer to include tax to give your customers a better indication of the final cost. If so, you may also need to state it is an estimate as tax is generally applied at the point of invoice. This is the default option for proposals created with Moobiz.

Where your customers tend to be other businesses (or your own business doesn't charge tax) then not including tax information on proposals keeps them looking simpler.

Currently there is no option to change this yourself (we're working on it!) so if you need this doing please open a support ticket and we'll sort it out for you!
