What support is included?
Every Moobiz account comes with email support and a built in support ticket system to give you the help you need, when you need it.
We don't have phone support as we find email to be far better:
- everyone at Moobiz is up to date on your account and ready to help
- you don't need to re-explain something when the last person you spoke to is on holiday
- we can discuss problems internally without you waiting on the phone
- we identify trends and ways to improve Moobiz and our support to you
