Can I manage more than one business per account?

Probably not, sorry. We designed a Moobiz account to manage just the one business as far as invoicing and bookkeeping are concerned.

If you just use the project management and CRM features, you'll probably be ok, though this will more be down to personal preference.

Trying to manage invoices for multiple companies would cause a problem as the numbering would be shared between them. In the UK, VAT invoice numbers must be sequential. The invoice footer containing mandatory details such as company registration number is also shared between invoices.

Finally all financial reports, including VAT return calculations would be affected.
