How does your pricing work?

Trial period

Your first month is free, so that you can try the service and make sure it's right for your business.

Paid accounts

After that, you simply pay for the number of users you need. Every user also increases the storage space and email campaign credits available to your account.

We invoice you monthly in arrears and your card is charged at the same time we email you the invoice.

Fair usage

The storage space and email credits are designed to be enough for the majority of our customers' needs. If you need more than the included amounts, you just pay for additional users to increase your included limits.

This means most of our customers have straightforward, simple pricing. If you need more storage space and/or email campaign credits, we have a fair and clear way to give you that flexibility.

We always email you if you're approaching your included storage limit, or warn you before creating an email campaign which would push you over.
