Will I have enough storage space?

You should be fine, every Moobiz account comes with a generous storage allocation based on the number of users.

If you use more space than is included during a month, you'll automatically be upgraded to the number of users required to accomodate that amount of storage. We send you an email if this is about to happen so you're aware of your account usage.

How much space will I need?

Your storage includes your data (records in the database) such as customer details and also any files you upload into Moobiz such as product images, documents for a project and so on.

We like to keep Moobiz as efficient as possible and as an example, storing basic details for around 500 companies and 500 people in the CRM uses approximately 1MB of space. Adding notes, uploading photos etc. would use as much space as the information you need.

The amount of space you use will increase over time as you store more data and upload files. Therefore, your price may increase if you exceed the amount of space your current number of users allow for. We email you automatically if this is likely to happen so you're aware and have the chance to delete older files (always a good idea to have a data retention policy anyway!) if that's what you'd prefer to do.
