I can't download a CSV export

If you're unable to download a CSV export (the Save option is unavailable) or it opens instead of asking you to Save, you're almost certainly using the Internet Explorer web browser.

The problem is with the settings on your computer rather than Moobiz and you may need someone technical to help you.

First of all, make sure you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer, currently version 8. If not, you should consider upgrading.

If that doesn't solve your problem, there are two possible well-known issues with the browser that could cause this. We hope the links below are useful, but we don't advise changing settings and so on unless you know what you're doing!
